Account Deletion

You can delete your account yourself directly in the app.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open the ohmygoods app

2. Go to your profile.

3. Tap “Edit Account”.

4. Tap the “Delete Account” button.

5. Confirm deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After account deletion, the following will be deleted:

- User profile data, including name, email, and avatar.

- Account login data.

- History of items and collections.

- Bookmarks and favorites.

- Search history.

- Personal settings and preferences.

- Other data related to account usage in the app.

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited time if required by law, for security purposes, or for backup operations.

Such data may include:

- Payment or transaction records, if required by law.

- Technical and system security logs.

- Data from backups until their automatic deletion.

- Anonymized analytical data that does not allow user identification.

Retention Periods

- Account data is deleted upon confirmation of deletion.

- Backups may be retained for up to 30 days.

- Security logs may be retained for up to 90 days.

- Payment or accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years, if required by law.

- Anonymized analytical data may be retained longer, as it is not linked to your identity.

Important

Account deletion is an irreversible action. After deletion:

- It will be impossible to restore the account.

- All data associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with the retention policies described above.

- To use the app again, you will need to create a new account.
